We're a small indie team without a budget — but with a growing world and a lot of passion. Right now we're looking for dedicated people to support us on a volunteer basis.
All open positions are currently unpaid, volunteer roles — we don't have a budget for salaries yet. In return you get real insight into the project, a say in decisions, and a team building something of its own together.
Supporter / Moderator
Help players in Discord and in-game, moderate chats, and keep our community fair and friendly.
- •Answer questions in Discord & support channels
- •Enforce rules and mediate conflicts
- •Collect feedback and bug reports
Item Balancing Manager
Analyze and balance items, drops, and progression in Pixmmo so every bit of progress feels fair and rewarding.
- •Analyze item stats & drop rates
- •Draft and test balancing changes
- •Work closely with the dev team
Content & Lore Writer
Write patch notes, item text, and world lore that bring Pixmmo to life.
- •Write patch notes & announcements
- •Write item and quest descriptions
- •Contribute to the world's lore
QA / Playtester
Test new features before release, find bugs, and help document them cleanly.
- •Test new builds thoroughly
- •Reproduce and document bugs
- •Verify fixes with the dev team
Social Media / Community Manager
Handle announcements, community events, and our presence on social media.
- •Plan posts & announcements
- •Organize community events
- •Grow our social media reach
